From Stress to Success
Tending to Your Inner World to Improve Your Results... at Work and in Life
Stress is a critical issue - and becoming ever more so - in determining the quality of our days, our lives and the world we leave to our children. We are faced with information overload, expectations of ever greater speed AND accuracy and increased demands for greater competitiveness in the workplace; frequent transition and uncertainty in our lives; and a bombardment of negative news about war, economic turmoil and climate degradation on our planet, just to mention a few of the more common stress triggers. The changes we are now required to make in our society if we are to survive as a species require the participation of many minds. Our "ship" needs all hands on deck. We are continually being faced with new challenges which we must learn how to handle in new ways. Beyond all of the reality that we face, my desire is to build a world in which everyone is valued, all contribute, and the common good is elevated. If you share this value, and if you would like to create a life of greater ease, simplicity, effectiveness and joy for yourself, your family and those you work with, I highly suggest you master the art of managing your stress and, more essentially, your energy and attention.
There are specific reasons an organization should consider assisting its leadership, management and staff in accomplishing this.
The Benefits an Organization Receives from Managing Stress are
* Better problem solving* More resilient workforce * People open to new ideas and change, which creates a readiness for new challenges * More local improvements as people take on more responsibility * Fewer sick days * Higher productivity * Greater innovation from a larger number of engaged minds * Greater enjoyment and satisfaction throughout the organization
I can offer you a series of workshops that teach the relevant concepts, strategies, skills and tools.
In These Workshops Participants Learn
